By using our services, you consent to receiving electronic messages by email from us that serve as reminders for medically indicated treatments/examinations or periodically required vaccinations. We may also transfer personal contact data we have stored about you to an acquirer of our substantial assets (“asset deal”), provided that they continue the veterinary practice under our address (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you contact us by email, we will process your personal data (contact details and all information you provide in the email) to handle the request. Your personal data may be processed by data processors, notably IT service providers and software solution providers. Such processing always takes place solely on the basis of our instructions, to which our processors are contractually obligated.
