Exceptions to the prohibition on data transfer to third parties are the transmission of credit card/debit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the agreed fee, and the transmission of data to our tax representation insofar as necessary to fulfill our tax obligations. By using our services, you consent to receiving electronic messages by email from us that serve as reminders for medically indicated treatments/examinations or periodically required vaccinations. We may also transfer personal contact data we have stored about you to an acquirer of our substantial assets (“asset deal”), provided that they continue the veterinary practice under our address (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you contact us by email, we will process your personal data (contact details and all information you provide in the email) to handle the request. 4. Processing by Data Processors
Your personal data may be processed by data processors, notably IT service providers and software solution providers. Such processing always takes place solely on the basis of our instructions, to which our processors are contractually obligated.

No cookies are stored; only data is requested from fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. Your IP address may be involved in the process. Data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable law, in particular Art. 6(1) GDPR.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy to ensure it complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes in our services. On your next visit, the new policy will apply.
